Cant recall the exact name, but it might be Survival Mode Fix. Theres a mod to 'fix' Bethesdas Survival Mode on the Nexus. In short, we are facing the best and most complete version of Skyrim, as specified by Bethesda in the official synopsis. Well to sum it up, I believe the survival mode was the issue, somehow it messed up my game, but since I removed it, the game has played fine for over 6 hours of gameplay. Of course, the game also includes the three expansions that were released at the time: Dragonborn, Hearthfire y Dawnguard.
